C. Waterless cleaning process (hydrocarbon cleaning agent)
(1) Process flow: 1# Vacuum hydrocarbon cleaning → 2# Vacuum saponification cleaning → 3# Vacuum hydrocarbon cleaning → 4# Vacuum drying
(2) Technical features: ① This process uses hydrocarbon and hydrocarbon saponification agents for cleaning. ② The hydrocarbon tank solution is mainly added, and the saponification tank solution is added and replaced according to the production situation. ③ The hydrocarbon part can achieve real-time circulating distillation, reducing consumption and maintaining the cleanliness of the cleaning solution to ensure quality. The saponification tank solution can also be distilled and reused. ④ Excellent and stable cleaning quality. ⑤ The entire process does not involve water and produces no wastewater discharge.
